I'd like and application that can copy text and paste that text in a specified format.

For example. I'd like to copy this:

"Playground in My Mind"
Written by Lee Pockriss & Paul Vance
Performed by Clint Holmes
Courtesy of Columbia Records
By Arrangement with Sony Music Licensing

And paste this:

Clint Holmes - Playground in My Mind

So you set it up to make the text inside of the "" to be the TITLE and the text after Performed by will be the ARTIST and then you paste it like this:

ARTIST - TITLE
