i need help urgently

I have AVG which continually tells me i have a virus called " java byte/verify" which does not allow me to visit certain websites i have AVG , spysubtract, and adaware se a;los i have a problem with a file called rundll. exe. i also cannot change my start page from about:blank to google (my normal search engine homepage) is there any fixes or patches which can allow me to go back to the settings i did have? i tried a system restore but that did not work i also cannot access the system restore settings . any help that any of you can offer is gonna be great cheers for your time xx
