what is the best software for converting vob files to dvd format so i can burn them on to disk, and so they play on a dvd. i downloaded the vob file but it wouldnt play on my dvd player

Hi 07leanne!

You need to place the vob file, along with all the other files in a VIDEO_TS folder. Also create an AUDIO_TS folder, but that folder can be blank, but needs to be on the DVD as well. Then burn those two folders onto a DVD and it should be able to play in a DVD player as long as the DVD player can play burned DVD-R's (or DVD R/W's).
