Missing DLL's

Hi everyone,

I'm having dufficulty uninstalling certain programs. Windows is refusing to uninstall most of my games. The error message I normally get is:

"InstallShield Wizard could not be launched. Error Loading Library/DLL".

How can this be fixed? I really need to get rid of some old games and application which I don't use any more, yet it's impossible to run the Installshield Wizard.

Any help is appreciated,
