BF2 Resolution

Just installed BF2 on Vista premium, but it will not give me the resolution option of 1280x1024. My 8800gts has latest Vista driver and my monitor is 1280x1024, but I cannot choose this resolution in BF2. Whats up? The highest I can get is 1152x864. Before I was able to get 1280x1024..

common issue not related to vista. just modify the shortcut to the game with the following

BF2142.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1280 +szy 1024

Its not Battlefield 2142, just Battlefield 2.

Best way to resolve issue is to go to Video CON file and manually adjust it to the desired resolution. :whistling:
