a man names mike from unixhideout.com sent me a virus and it is destroying my files. i e-mailed him and he replied by telling me it is what i deserve for being stupid and i cannot stop it unless i reinlist my computer but i dont know how to or what to do please help

First step is to get rid of the virus. There's some good resources in this topic.

Mike didn't send you the virus, it's just redirecting you to that page. Just get rid of the virus and all will be fine <_<
