Hi,
I have just downloaded windows media player 11, on the 'file' drop down menu there are items i wish to delete, how do i do that;
e.g. c/documents and settings/Peter/mydocuments/2.m3u

Sorry for the delay in getting to your problem.

I'm assuming you are referring to the recently used list. In Media Player, right click the top border area (toolbar area), point to "Tools", and choose "Options". Under the "Privacy" tab, remove the tick from the box next to "Save file and URL history in the player". Click on the "Clear History" button. Apply the change.
