loader 3 error

had to restore my windows to factory default because I keep crashing with a loader 3 erroe message . I heard there is a fixloader3.exe file will this help if this should reoccur . There had been no new hardware and only windows updates on software.

Did a quick search of google and fixloader3.exe came up with nothing. Loader3 error message does.

Were you able to boot into safe mode?

This is usually caused by too large of a registry hive. There is no magic fix.
