Use Google my friend. Type something like "WAV to MPEG Converter" in the search-bar. You'll get any number of websites with the required software to do it, most with a free trial. Some are free altogether but the quality of those is usually poor.

You can try VidLogo for it. This is software convert any digital format to any digital format. I use it a long time and it works wery fine for me.
