I decided to start up a document where it shows how much money i make and spend. But I want to have a formula where it adds all of the info in column B and minus all of the info in Column C and gives me a total on the bottom.

Hi demirkol.

Are you going to have a running total on each row, perhaps in column D? If so, the formula in D2 would be +D1+B2-C2. This takes the previous balance (D1), adds deposits (B2) and subtracts expenditures (C2). Then just copy that formula down.

Is that close to what you need?

=sum(c3:c8)-sum(b3:b8) would go in D12

This sums all the figures in C (expenditures) and subtracts the sum of all figures in B (income).
