Is this spyware?

I have recently noticed something strange in my find caption on my internet explorer.

under the caption for the search there is match exact word then there is match alef hamz, match kashida etc

Is this a virus or is this normal?

Looks like you have Microsoft Products and Arabic Support for Languages.......it is not malware.
