My Motherboard MSI 865PE Neo2 had a very noisy Northbridge fan. Now I have disconnected it from the mobo and I am wondering if it is safe to run without this fan. System temp is around 36 C to 40 C. Is this bad temp for northbridge/mobo?

I am planning to buy Zalman ZM-NBF47. Does someone have any experience with this passive cooler on this mobo or any other? Or some other passive cooler for Northbridge recommendations?

Thanks in advance!!!

Heres a good website for finding chipset coolers and such. Many have sticky thermal pads so no screws are needed to hold them in place.

And you could always use an adhesive.
