Small irritant. I made a document utilizing Microsoft Word, which was basically two column phone and address list, with normal fonts, but now when I open the file it reads like the following:

Actually all these rectangles make it impossible to read anyway, I tried to patch it on here, but it doesn't show on my screen(High Contrast #1) but maybe you can see it.

Is there a way to change the font so I can read the files. It seems to be printing in MT Extra, letter "n"

Hi waynf. Your example didn't attach to the thread and I'm not sure what's happening with your system. Please take another screen shot or attach your Word document (you may have to zip it first), so we can better assess the situation. What you're desscribing (the rectangles) sounds like a font issue. Have you "selected all" and tried changing the font to Times New Roman or Arial?

Has anything happened with your system recently? Have you added a different printer or other hardware?
