430 Unauthorized error

I get this area while trying to download a wireless card driver from Netgear. Additionally the error says that "You ar not authorized to use this protocol" What may be the problem here?

I still have this error but it only seems to be on the one site - that my other computers can download just fine on sooo you can disregard this problem.
