When I follow the path C:\Documents and Settings\End User and then try and access any of the folders an error message comes up that says "C:\Documents and Settings\End User\My Documents (or any of the other folders) is not accessible. Access is denied."

This is also making it so I can't save into any of those folders such as My Documents. I have to save everything on my desktop.

What can I do?

Hi tyno59...

You may have to take ownership of the files or folders in order to access them.
