Can't Uninstall VB .NET

I cant uninstall it. I need to take it off my computer to put it on another. Ill give the error code later tonight because Im in school right now.

Have you tried removing it in the Control Panel?

Yea and using the TuneUp Utilities uninstall feature. Nothing works.

i had same problem last year,
when removing vb.net there still stay some process' running,
i think i solved it by edit some settings in the group-policies area, there must be a way to disable the process by change the process' into "starting maunually", but i'm not sure.
another way to get completely rid off it, would be a format of the hdd
