So the computer basically keeps cutting off the internet connection all of a sudden, then suddenly it will flash up as Windows Classic, like the taskbar and stuff. Then it will not allow any internet pages to show at all. Also the email outlook program doesnt work either, the mail cant be recieved. I dont think this is a virus problem.....

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
