.rar and windows video wmv

I downloaded a rar file that contains a wmv video file

I opened with 7- zip but it says file is broken.

it says crc failed in .wmv file. file is broken

How can i fix this

Are you sure that the downloaded .RAR file isn't corrupt? It may have not downloaded properly. Check to see if the size of the downloaded file is the same as it is posted on the download site, if the size is posted there.
