Hello..
I downloaded a video file recently which seemed to be corrupted. However I've been trying to delete it but it doesn't work. It says: the file is being used by another user or program. I've tried to shut off the pc and then restart but it still didn't work. I also tried to delete it in Command prompt and in "safe mode" but still no luck.

Everytime I try to delete it, the cpu usage goes up to 100% too.

I have also Ad-Aware SE personal and ran it and deleted all the spywares. But I still got the same result.

Any suggestions? :whistling:

Ps. BTW, I have windows xp pro.

Hi Sly...

Try Move on Boot. It will usually get the job done before Windows starts.
