How can I get rid of this thing? I've run AAW SE, AAW 5, Spybot, and HijackThis, all updated, with no effect.

Please help me out! This is freaking me out. I'm usually very hardcore in my weekly AAW and SB scans and I've never seen this before. Help!!!!!
