My Display screen keeps flickering like a TV when the antenna is not working, & there are several white lines across it, & sometimes it goes away & the display seems normal for a little bit. Nevertheless, everything else about the computer seems to be working properly - It started correctly, I don't get any error messages, & even when I did error check on the hard drive, it found nothing

Sounds like the power supply in your monitor may be failing, which will most likely require a new monitor.

Have you tried updating your video drivers?
