hello all, I'm just on the phone with a customer who has a jpg file in the recycle bin named peggy. when she chooses to delete it says "are you sure you want to delete these 2 items" she clicked yes, and then a prompt came up saying "are you sure you want to delete Windows?"

What the...??? Is this strange or what???
Is this due to a spyware app or what?
I'm left blank

Would it have to do with any hidden files?

Win XP with SP2
