I have the beta for After Effects CS3 and I was wondering how to convert a video file I have to a file type that it supports. I tried Rad Video Tools but After Effects doesnt read any of the file types. Please help. Also I need some good beginner tuts on video editing in Premier Pro and After Effects. I acquired Premier Pro from a friend and am lost in how to use the effects. Same with After Effects and would like any tutorials and any help you can provide me because none of the tuts I have looked at are very helpful to me. Thank you
