Need A Batch Program

Hello:

I need a batch program that will create folders, "A" through "Z" and put folders "A" through "Z" in each of those. I'd like it to go about 20 levels deep.

I might could write it on my own, but I'm not sure to make a loop for a batch program.

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
