Can anyone recommend any books that are good for help desk and support techs? I'm getting back into the help desk field (XP & 2000) and want to have plenty of info available. The guides and how-to's here are great, something along those lines would be good.
Also, any suggestions on the best magazines or journals on computer support?
I'm trying to learn as much as possible.
