Trojan Startpage 19.j Help with Removing

Okay, i got this trojan thing and i've tried a lot to remove it. when i click on internet explorer, it won't load and my avg anti-virus software denies access. this also happens occasionally when i open my computer or my documents. can anyone help me? here's my log:
