PC SHUT DOWN AND BLINKING RED POWER LIGHT

hello i really dont know whats going on but my computer randomly shuts off and the power light start blinking red and then wont come on for about 24 hours later this has been happening for about a month now do you know why this is happening and how i can fix it

What is the make and model of your computer?
You computer is telling you something and I have a feeling it is heat related.

Go ahead and download Speedfan

And report the Temperatures.
