Hey there,
First post here but I stumbled upon these forums while looking for a fix.

I was curious what is the solution to having a hardware installation warning popping up during a repair install of windows XP.
There is no way to click 'yes' and finish the installation, it just kind of halts the whole process.

try disconnecting everything not necessary to install windows...just leave monitor ..mouse...keyboard ...the mouse. and keyboard need to be the PS/2 style...the hard drive windows will be installed to..and the cd drive...
