That's the log of the error i got it appeared in the games installation directory when the error happened.
My drivers are up to date yes, That was the first thing i tried and updating DirectX to make sure it wasn't that. I'm stumped over this whole thing so lets hope i can finally resolve the problem.

This is an error i got in Event Viewer,

Faulting application cli.exe, version 1.11.0.0, faulting module imon.dll, version 2.50.41.0, fault address 0x0000cd29.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

cli is the catalyst software for my video card. Should i remove this ? as it's just tweaking software really.

Well here's what happened, I removed it successfully restarted my computer as instructed to do so. Booted up fine i thought to myself please god let this fix it. Opened my game and it happened again =/. I think i need a new video card any recommendations for a Dell OptiplexGX260 ? I'd rather not go with ATI anymore since they haven't been very stable with me :whistling:

Well with graphics cards you have basically 2 choices Nvidea or ATI. What one depends on your system specifications. AGP, PCIE, PCI and what type of each.

It's AGP it has to be low profile and i was wondering if a 256mb video card would be ok and not overheat ? since i have a 128mb ATI Radeon 9250 at the moment it's not that great. Oh it makes water look realistic in games but it doesn't support per-pixel blending =/ where my on board graphics does and that is saying something O_O. Just my on board graphics is not too great for games. Here's the specs of my machine;

You should do fine with a 256MB RAM.

What speed of AGP slot do you have.

Not sure i think it's 4x, Well that's what it said on the box anyway :whistling:. What i do know is that it has to be low factor AGP. I would be over the moon to find a 256mb video card for my machine. I hope you can assist me with this. :blink: Thanks for your support and help i appreciate it all.

It's AGP it has to be low profile

then this is a SFF..it may be a airflow/heat problem...
go here and get everest home...install and launch it...click the + by computer...click on sensor...get a screenshot and post it so I can check your temps and voltages...

No data seemed to show when using Everest home, I haven't overclocked this video card in anyways it's just factory defaults.
