hi there!
for some very odd reason my computer is running slow
i'd love some help, please
OK, i've bought a new intel board, d925xbc, a new 3.4 GHz processor, a new winfast px7800gt and a new kingsotn 1G ram. along with my wd 80GB sata.
set them all up, but then...windows worked slow.
so i've done lots of scans (spyware etc. scandisk, defrag, used a great program named hitman pro 2...it took almost a day...)nothing came up.
so i've re-installed windows...twice...but that didnt help.
so i thought it was overheating. so i've bought AS5 paste...nothing.
in between i've maneged to burn the usb mouse a couple of mp3 and an ipod(!!!) but now the new usb mouse seems to work, though.
i've googled around...found out the the ram module didnt fit with my board...so i've bought 2 new 512 ram's that do fit...but...nothing!

anything i could do?
maybe this could help, in device manager, under processors...i have 2 Intel® pentium® 4 CPU 3.40GHz
and by the way, since the 1G ram was not the problem (cuz the comp still slow), can i use it? if so, how?
