Trojan horse and wireless issue

About a week ago AVG found PSW.Generic4.JOW in c:\Windows\cfdemo.scr during a scan. It said that it deleted it but I thought i should post a hijack this log here to be sure. I ran all the recommended programs and nothing was found so I didn't end up posting then. But then today suddenly my wireless connection strength dropped and then my home connection disappeared entirely even though I could still see wireless network connections from neighbors. Reseting the router seems to have solved the problem for now, but could the trojan have changed something that led to this problem or still be on my computer? All the scans still come out clean today, and here is my most recent hijack this log. I am concerned about starting to use my brand new external harddrive if there is in fact a virus lurking on my system. Thank you!:
