I really need some help to get rid of this trojan. i have 2 on my system and norotn will not do a thing to help it. i also have a lot of adware and spyware. I downloaded the highjack this, but have no idea how to use it, i have tried everyhting, i even re installed my windows software!!!!! I need a step by step instructions as to what to do to get rid of this. thanks
