I've tried everything I know of and these annoying messages won't stop poping up. I'm getting Pop-up messages of increasing urgency directing me to
FixReg32.com, Fix64.com and clean32.com.

Can anyone help me?!!?

Hi,

I notice that you do not seem to be running Antivirus software and a Firewall. This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
That's why I want you to install them first!!

Avira, AVG OR Active Virus Shield (uncheck the Security Toolbar during install) are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decrease the reliability of it seriously!
Comodo OR Kerio are FREE firewalls.

Understanding and using firewalls

Reboot your computer afterwards.

Also uninstall Adaware 6 and update to Adaware SE.

Concerning the registry popups.... this is caused by the Messenger Service.
The Messenger Service is a service that is installed by default on XP.. and is enabled by default. Once you update to service pack 2, it's getting disabled.

To disable this service:

*Go to start >run and type: services.msc and click OK
Scroll down in that list until you find the service Messenger
Doubleclick on it. In the window that will appear, click on "Stop" (if not greyed out) and change the Startup Type to disabled.
Click apply and OK and close all open windows.

Also read here for more information about the Messenger service and how to disable it:
http://www.microsoft...e/stopspam.mspx

But a priority is here, update your Windows to Service Pack 2:
Top 10 reasons to install Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).

In case you don't plan to format, try next to fix Windows Installer..

* Download Dial-a-fix from here:
http://wiki.djlizard...2C_and_articles
Unzip dial-a-fix and place it on your desktop.
Doubleclick to run it.
Then, under the MSI part in dial-a-fix, select the checkbox: "Fix Windows Installer"
It will automatically select the boxes underneath.
Then click the "GO" button below.

If that didn't work, reinstall the Windows installer from here:
