My son's laptop recently went crazy..... It would not stay on line, gave three different errors, and now has no tool bar,no start button,icons,nothing....everything is gone.
The error codes he is getting are _A00F1DE910.exe, _A00F1DE8CA.exe and dls0523pmw.exe . Can anyone help and explain it to a me, 5 year old style?

Thanks!!!!!!

Press the ctrl + alt + delete keys together. If you get task manager, click file, click new task, type explorer.exe

Press enter

If the icons etc show, reboot the laptop to check it loads properly

Dls0523pmw.exe is Trojan/Backdoor

Please follow the procedures outlined here: Malware Removal Guide

You will need a PC which can connect to the internet

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response

If you are unable to run any of the programmes, please ask for advice in the Malware Forum

If an exe has a problem, it should be able to say which programme it is from, otherwise it is probably unwanted, couldn't find anything for the others
