At least once a day, after booting or rebooting my computer [Dell DIMESION DIM2400, Intel®, Pentium® 4CPU 2.66GHz, 256 MB of RAM], an error message comes up stating: " :tazz: Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services has encountered a problem and must close down."

Any suggestions??

Thanks.
