I need to update my BIOS but I only have a CD drive. My motherboard is ECS P4800PRO-M. Any ideas?

Why do you need to update the BIOS?

As to how to do it, borrow a floppy drive and working disk from somewhere. The alternative is to make a bootable CD but this requires a floppy anyway.
Alternatively you may be able to do it from within Windows, this is dependent on the board.
