new mobo for BF2

i currently have pc that can play BF2 cause i have a pci card, so i was wondering if anyone could surrgest a good mobo with pci-e and a good graphics card that i can use.

my processor is a intel celeron d - socket 478 (i think)
ram is eithe ddr 3200 or ddr 2700 (cant remember)
it is a dell dimesnsion

i have about £30 to spend on mobo and £40 to spend on graphics card.
