Hello,

You have a cocktail of several different infections present, so it is important you follow my steps in the right order without missing any step!

* Download Brute Force Uninstaller.
Unzip it to a folder of it’s own (c:\BFU).
Read here how to unzip/extract properly:
http://metallica.gee...xplanation.html
Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe

Next to the 'scriptfile to execute'-window you'll see a little icon as shown in next picture: Posted Image
When you click that icon, a little window will open that says: 'Please enter the full URL to the sript you want to execute'
In the field, copy and paste next URL:

http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu

Click Ok.
Then click execute in Brute Force Uninstaller.

Extra note:
If nothing happens after pressing the Execute button, this means that the script didn't download. In that case, download the script
( alcanshorty.bfu ) manually from above url ( rightclick on it and choose 'save as' and save it in your BFU-folder). Then start BFU.exe again and click the browse button next to the 'scriptfile to execute'-window
Browse to the script you downloaded and Click Ok and Execute in Brute Force Uninstaller.

Wait for the complete script execution box to popup and press OK.
Press exit to terminate the BFU program

Then, * Please download FixwareOut from one of the following sites:
http://www.bleepingc.../Fixwareout.exe
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads, a txt file will open (report.txt present in the C:\Fixwareout folder). I need that log later.

* Download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.

When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), it should open a log, combofix.txt. I need that log later

* Then, Please download the following file to your desktop:
http://noahdfear.gee...com/FindAWF.exe

Run the file and copy and paste the output text here together with the C:\Combofix.txt, a new HijackThislog and the log from FixwareOut (report.txt present in the C:\fixwareout - folder)
So I need 4 logs in your next reply. You may want to use more than 1 reply to post the logs, because they won't fit in one reply.

Hi,

I am still missing the log from fixwareout and the log from FindAWF.

Also, please don't attach logs, but copy and paste them in this thread instead. Also don't send me private messages with your HijackThislog. Thanks.

Do next please...

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9531E4CD-0EF7-4DC7-AE77-F408D875B2B9} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DD6FFA4E-1365-4E1D-8D37-D9198440A5F7} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DE0275D2-96C5-41E0-A974-A145766F0C7A} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {09F1ADAC-76D8-4D0F-99A5-5C907DADB988} - http://cdn.downloadc...FreeInstall.cab
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.113.149 85.255.112.218
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{1FAE73CA-3296-4EEF-A888-F488E32D863F}: NameServer = 85.255.113.149,85.255.112.218
O20 - AppInit_DLLs:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: jkkll - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkkll.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: ssqonkj - ssqonkj.dll (file missing)

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dgqfvhyn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nqstv.ini2
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nqstv.bak2
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vvvwa.ini2
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vvvwa.bak1

Folder::
C:\bintheredunthat
C:\BFU

Save this as ComboFix-Do.txt

Then drag the ComboFix-Do.txt into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

Posted Image

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThislog and the log from FixwareOut and the log from FindAWF
