bios problem

I was trying to update my Bios and i did. Then i restart my cmp and it says Like error in OS so i figure ill try and boot from my XP cd i get to windows and try to update the bios again and it gets even worse this time it freezes at the DFI screen when trying to boot. i somehow get into the CMOS thing and get it to boot but i am terrified to resart my comp. is there any way to reset the BIOS or do any of you no the fail safe driver for my Lanparti Nf4 untra-d

i was in the right section like i choosed and downloaded the one for that board but it obvious;y didnt work. PLEASE HELP!

Do you get anywhere if you press the start button and then keep tapping the delete key until it enters set up, loading BIOS defaults / Fail Safe defaults, pressing F10 to save, typing Y to confirm then pressing enter to reboot
