Problem with Direct3D

Hi, i've got a problem with Direct3d for some reason. It started when I tried to play Everquest II. I click to start the game but this message comes up:

I then ran the Direct3D tests with dxdiag but it finds errors on each one (You can see the error codes in the notes):

I don't know why it's doing this. I have the latest drivers for everything and the latest DX 9. Any help is appreciated!

I solved it by restarting the PC of all things, though im not sure why D3D would randomnly stop working like that...
