I've read the instructions multiple times over and did all that I could but I'm having trouble finding the program that is causing me so much grief.

My problem is that an application in the background forces my game of World of Warcraft to minimize to desktop every so often, I went to WoW Tech Support only to have them tell me that it's either Zone Alarm or Wintools most likely. (I have neither on my computer that I'm aware of.)
