something weird is going on

Hi i have a couple of questions about what just happend to my computer lol... alright so i had just go finished playing some diablo 2 and i opend my web browser (ie7) then i started hearing this kinda faint beeping noise and noticed it was coming from my pc and my computer started slowing down drastically i mean slow.. and then it went to some blue screen so i decided to turn it off and reboot. so i try a couple times and my computer refuses to boot and then finally after like 5 tries it decides to boot but not before going to the blue screen again.. so anyways, somehow it fixes itself and my computer boots normaly again. my question is will this happen again does my computer have some kind of bug and what should i do? help please =)
