Ok, so when I start my computer, it brings up a black screen saying an unknown error occurred and that I have one of 5 options: boot in safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt, boot normally, or to use the last known good configuration. The only thing is, they all lead back to the same screen, i.e. nothing works and I cant get past the screen. Are there any troubleshooting things I can do?
