Msn 7.0 is not working properly

Heya. I have downloaded the new msn 7.0! Its the latest version, and i cant download 6.2 anymore. But it downloaded and worked fine. then ALL my contact names werent there. the msn man was but thats it. And the msn groups they were in werent there anymore. And then an error message came up saing

"we were unable to start a conversation with "bla bla bla". You may want to try again"

So i do... and the message comes back up again!

Its the latest msn.... to download... and it will not work! :tazz:

Please... i have looked on the site to c if thers n e thing to help, but there aint!!!

Every thing else works... msn plus... my picture.... font etc... its just that!

PLEASE NEED HELP ASAP!!!
