This is a problem that I have been having for quite a while now. Intermittantly throughout the day, the following error message will popup.
The system has encountered an error and needs to shut down.
with the option to send error message, or cancel.
If I just leave this window alone, I can continue operating my pc indefinately. If I click on the send error report or cancel, the following error message pops up;

NT Authority system has instituted a shutdown.
The Process
Windows\system32\services.exe
has terminated unexpectedly with error code-1
the system will now shut down and restart.
with a countdown timer couting down from 1 minute.

At the end of the countdown, the computer restarts, and everything is fine....for a while.
This happens at least once a day.
Sometimes it happens when I am doing something, sometimes when I am doing nothing.
Please help!
