So I created a website that is fine in all browsers but IE. The only problem with IE is that there is about a 22px top-margin/padding. How do I remove this? I have tried top-margin: 22px; with no success by the way..

Modify your body tag to resemble the following to remove all padding/margin:

<body style="margin:0; padding:0;">
