when formatting the computer does the mac address stays on ,if not can i change it because my brother and me are nott cool and he has my mac address and he is a serious hacker

Hello bloodb,

To my recollection the only way to change a MAC address is to get a new network card. If it is onboard then a new motherboard is the only way to change it or get a external network card and use that.
