all these numbers are confusing me, and that's sad since I work in Accounting.

How many beers was it I'm supposed to drink for each one of yours? The monkey keeps making me use a straw, and then laughing behind his hand.

Better hold back on the beer soon, otherwise you`ll be lucky to hit the ball
Sari might begin to giggle a little more :whistling:

I think admin is just a couple beers away from giving up the game....

Edit: Looks like James was thinking the same thing.

Beginning to feel the beer, I ask Sari if she wants to play strip golf. She denies, making some comment about not wanting to see me naked.

4th hole is the first par 5. Trees to the right, bunkers on the left. A long shot will clear the bunkers, the safe shot is in the middle. I squeeze cheeks and let it rip -- the ball trickes off the tee as I whiff! Sari regrets saying something about not clearing the women's tee and having to drop my shorts. :whistling:

I use a 3 wood, driving iron and 9 iron to hit the green in four. Chance to save par, but another two putt denies that chance.

Long hole, and we had to wait for the group ahead of us. Two more beers.

*admin wonders if it was a good idea to send Kat for more beer when she got lost between the 4th and 5th hole.

Hole 5 is a par four, dog leg left, woods on both side. No water!

First shot is still bouncing off trees. Call a mulligan. Finally, hit a nice drive! Second shot lands just short of the green. I chip and and leave about a 10 foot putt. Feeling nerves from my first legitimate shot at par, I have another beer. Drop the putt. Par... woo whoo!!!

*sari notes that even though she's had as much beer as admin, she's 2 under for the day.

The only birdie admin can count is the poor goose on hole number 3.

Hole 6 is a blind tee shot, which works well for admin, as he's pretty much playing like he's blind. Although his ball looked as though it landed safely, it can't be found, and sari has a sneaking suspicion that the goose from #3 has something to do with its disappearance.

Hole 7 is a long 195yd downhill par 3. A ravine lies between the tee box and green. I grab a 3 iron, Sari grabs a 6. I go to clean my glasses, but then realize I'm not wearing any. Sari hits first, and sticks it on the front of the two-tier green, leaving a very long putt. 5 iron would have been a better choice.

As I'm ready to hit, the course warden comes driving the beer cart. He found Kat lost, on the driving range. He tells the monkey they have a dress code, and asks him to put a shirt on.

I swing at the ball, nothing but air. The warden gives me a stern look. I swing again, this time hitting the ball but letting the club fly... the monkey falls out of his chair, Kat falls out of the cart. He escorts us all from the course, but Sari. Asks her to never bring us again. I guess we'll have to finish this round another day. :whistling:

That's good, I was getting worried you would hit the kangaroos on the 18th green... (yes it happened to me once, and I have photos to prove it on my mechanically-failed hard drive :whistling:

I've played similar rounds of golf. Usually, as part of a sales meeting.
