Recently, I have been hit by about.blank malware. It affected my system by changing my homepage to a search webby. It was difficult to remove but I did it. Finally... Then I have been hit by Danger Spyware RED SCREEN Desktop Hijack, the NEXT FOLLOWING DAY. In order to restore my system, I searched help and found, a solution by the main product who advertised it... it was a free cleanup utility... but then, some of its symptoms affected me. My windows display properties had a white screen but on the desktop i had it BLACK. Then, I couldnt launch Trendmicro's free online scan because there was a Sysfader error. I couldnt play certain games becuz they CRASH WITHOUT ERROR. (simply crash to desktop). I was recommended by my brother to install SP2 to secure my current situation, not to get invaded by other malware. Then later, I found out I couldnt access to Windows Firewall settings, then I reverted back to SP1 by uninstalling it. The Sysfader was still present even when Sp2 was installed. Then time to time, it had Sysfader:mszx32.exe memory could not be read problem. Certain games like HL2 and CS source could not even launch. (IF u guys play these games, it just goes Preparing to play and when the box disappears, nothing happened.) Im desperate, frustrated... such spywares, adwares, viruses could destroy a 1.2k computer I bought recently. I used all kinds of programs, Spysweeper, Spysubtract, Adaware, Spybot, Microsoft anti-spyware, SpyDoctor. I just tried installing F-secure which i used recently ago... but it gave me a SysFader error. I need help!! anyone pls, experts step forward.
