I have run ad-aware, spybot s&d, norton, tds-3 and checked the process on hi-jack this. I know for sure that I have been hit with the trojan "mediaacck.exe and mediaaccess.exe". I have tried to right click and delete the file from tds-3 but it could not do it.
Here is my hi-jack log.
I am tempted to try to choose "fix" in the hi-jack this but I just want to make sure that I would not be deleteing anything that is needed to run other programs especially all of my Reason / digi design files.

Is this file assocaited with any of my other programs?
Is it safe for me to do whatever it takes to get rid of this file?

Download sysclean.com, from Trend Micro here along with the latest pattern file.
Be sure to read the "How-to" info.

We need to make sure all hidden files are showing so please:* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.
SysClean may find infections within Restore Points which it will be unable to clean. You may choose to disable Restore, which will eliminate ALL previous Restore Points.
Go to start – rightclick this computer/my computer
Go to properties
Go to the tab system restore
Put a check to ’turn off system restore (on all drives).’
Press ‘apply’.

Then boot to Safe mode:*as soon as BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears.
*Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode menu item
*press Enter.
Read tscreadme.txt carefully, then do a complete scan of your system and clean or delete anything it finds. Reboot and re-run SysClean and continue this procedure until you get a clean scan or nothing further can be cleaned/removed. Now reboot to normal mode and re-run the scan again.

This scan may take a long time, as Sysclean is VERY extensive and thorough.

After this, rerun HijackThis and scan. Place the log here in your reply to this topic.
